SEODojo works the same for one person or a team. The difference is who's allowed to do what. This lesson sets that up.
Invite someone
Open Team from the account menu. Enter a teammate's email, pick a role and click Send invitation. They get a link by email, and it's also shown on the page so you can send it yourself. They sign in with that email address and accept. Invitations expire after 7 days.
Seats count you plus everyone you invite: 3 on Pro, 10 on Scale. Someone can belong to more than one workspace and switch between them from the sidebar. That's handy for a freelancer working with several clients.

Editors do the work: research, writing, editing and publishing, including adding topics to Autopilot. What they can't touch is anything that costs money or holds credentials: billing, the team, API keys and publishing logins. They also can't turn on unattended publishing, so only the owner can switch Autopilot to auto-publish.
Viewers can look at everything and change nothing. Every action is refused, not just hidden.
How we'd set it up
A small content team: the founder is the owner. Writers are editors. They can draft, edit and publish, but they can't change where articles publish to, or set Autopilot loose without review.
An agency: you're the owner. Your team are editors. Each client is a viewer in a workspace that holds only their sites, so they can see the work and the numbers without being able to change anything. (For clients who shouldn't have an account at all, use a share link instead, lesson 8.3.)
Tip: Remember lesson 4.2's "Approve all" warning. Editors can publish, so make sure everyone on the team knows to read every draft before approving it.
Done when
- Everyone who works on the site has their own login, not a shared one
- Writers are editors, clients and managers are viewers
- Billing, API keys, destinations and auto-publish stay with the owner
- You've checked your plan has enough seats
